Wholesale Customers
To qualify as a Wholesale Customer with Country Loft Quilt & Design, you must have a valid Sales Tax Exempt form submitted with us. The MN ST3 Form is available here. Please fill out the form, print and sign it. Then, you can either upload it below or you can put it in the mail.
If you think you already have the ST-3 form with us on file, please first fill out the Wholesale Form at the bottom of the page and then proceed to the My Account page (located in the upper right corner of this page) to create your user account.
Once your account is created and you are cleared as a Wholesale Customer, you are ready to shop.
**Please note you MUST be logged into your account to see the wholesale prices while you are browsing.** If you are not logged in, you will continue to see the retail prices.
